52 active presale projects are currently selling within walking distance of an existing or under-construction SkyTrain station across the Expo, Millennium, Evergreen and Surrey-Langley extension corridors.

The 16 km Expo Line extension from King George Station to Langley City is scheduled to open in phases through 2028–2029, adding stations at 152 Street (Fleetwood), 160 Street, 166 Street, 184 Street and 190 Street (Langley City Centre).

That is the core transit-oriented presale thesis: you contract at pre-transit pricing and complete into a neighbourhood that has rapid transit. It is not risk-free — completion dates slip and transit timelines move — so we underwrite each project on its own numbers, not the station alone.

Surrey City Centre (King George, Surrey Central, Gateway), Burquitlam and Coquitlam City Centre (Lincoln, Coquitlam Central), Metrotown and Lougheed carry the deepest active supply. The Fraser Highway alignment stations are earlier-stage and launch in waves.

Usually. Walk-to-SkyTrain units rent faster and hold occupancy better in slow markets, which is why investors accept a price premium. Strata fees, parking and unit mix still decide whether an individual unit actually cash-flows.
