Janda Tower is a 36-storey mixed-use high-rise proposed for 10342 136A Street in the heart of Surrey City Centre, a few hundred metres from Surrey Central SkyTrain Station and Central City mall. The site is within walking distance of Simon Fraser University's Surrey campus, Surrey City Hall and Civic Plaza, the Surrey Central bus exchange and the emerging office and hospitality cluster along University Drive and 104 Avenue. Surrey Memorial Hospital and King George Station are also a short trip south. More than 23,000 sq ft of resident amenities are planned, including a clubhouse with kitchen, fitness centre, yoga and dance studio, media room, kids' room, meeting space, games room, a landscaped courtyard with gardens and outdoor kitchen, an exercise deck and a rooftop patio. Janda Group is a Surrey-based developer with commercial and residential holdings across the Lower Mainland; sales and marketing are handled by Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing. The presentation centre and show home are listed as opening soon. Pricing, deposit structure, strata fee estimates and completion timing have not been released, and the project is currently in registration. Third-party estimates of a 2028 completion have not been confirmed by the developer.
