Orion is the working name for a master-planned community by Bucci Developments at 16065 and 16099 Fraser Highway in the Fleetwood neighbourhood of Surrey. The developer describes 3 residential towers with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, set within the new Fleetwood Town Centre alongside shopping, workspaces and services. The developer's page lists the project as coming soon with completion in 2029. The site is near the planned 160 Street station on the Surrey Langley SkyTrain extension of the Expo Line. Storeys reported in April 2023 that Surrey council granted third reading to a plan with towers of 34, 39 and 15 storeys and 1,037 strata condominium homes, plus retail and office space and a 14,000 sq ft public park. Earlier versions of the proposal and some listing sites cite 1,121 homes and a 42 storey tower, so the final home count and heights should be confirmed with the developer.
