Queens Condos is the opening phase of Dawson + Sawyer's large master-planned community at 7790 and 7850 King George Boulevard in Bear Creek, Surrey. The site fronts King George Boulevard just south of 78 Avenue, steps from Bear Creek Park, the Surrey Arts Centre and King's Cross Shopping Centre.
