Pier West is a completed two-tower waterfront community by Bosa Development at 660 Quayside Drive on the New Westminster Quay. The developer describes the towers as the tallest waterfront homes in Metro Vancouver, and the buildings sit beside Westminster Pier Park along the Fraser River.
