Bromley is a coming soon community by Bogner Development Group at 146 West 41st Avenue, at the corner of Columbia Street in Vancouver's Oakridge neighbourhood on the Cambie Corridor. Bogner's website lists the project as coming soon with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and family townhomes. The City of Vancouver approved the development permit (DP-2022-00416) in September 2022 for four 4-storey wood-frame buildings with 88 market strata homes, a floor space ratio of 1.84 and two levels of underground parking.
