Deposits and contracts on Polygon Homes projects

The Polygon Homes projects we list publish deposits of 5%, 10%, 15%. Most BC presale deposits total 5–15% of the purchase price, staged across several instalments, with promotional structures occasionally as low as 2.5–5%. Deposits are held in trust under REDMA. After signing you have a 7-day rescission period to review the disclosure statement with a lawyer — that document sets out the deposit schedule, the estimated and outside completion dates, the developer's change rights and the assignment terms.
