The area has been built out over the past decade with townhouse complexes, new parks and trails, and the developer notes two new schools within walking distance and a recreation centre nearby. Fraser Highway and Highway 15 are a short drive, and the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension under construction along Fraser Highway will add stations at 184 and 190 Street roughly 1.5 kilometres to the south.\n\nThe homes are three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging from about 1,458 to 2,096 square feet, with private rooftop patios on select plans. Paddington Properties has been recognized as a 2026 Georgie Awards and HAVAN Awards finalist for the design. Building count, parking configuration and shared amenities have not been detailed publicly, and the developer has not yet said whether the homes will include garages or side-by-side parking.\n\nRegent Place is in pre-registration.
