The developer highlights views of the Fraser River, the North Shore mountains and the city.\n\nBMG has not published pricing, floor plans, a deposit structure or a completion date.\n\nThe Scott Road corridor is served by the R6 RapidBus, and Scott Road SkyTrain station is a short trip north. Shopping and services along 120 Street are close by, along with Annieville Lions Park and the parks and schools of North Delta. Highway 91 and the Alex Fraser Bridge give road access to Richmond, Burnaby and New Westminster.",
