Highway 1 is a few minutes away via 176 Street or 160 Street, and Highway 15 leads south to Cloverdale and the border. The neighbourhood is car-dependent; there is no SkyTrain and bus service is limited.\n\nThe homes are three-storey detached houses of about 3,600 square feet and up with 4 to 7 bedrooms, a configuration suited to multigenerational families and to households that want a legal suite. The developer describes the setting as nestled among parks, rivers, meadows and glens while remaining connected to urban amenities.
