The R1 King George RapidBus stops on the boulevard with a direct run to King George SkyTrain Station, and Highway 10 and Newton Town Centre are a few minutes south. Frank Hurt Secondary and Bear Creek Elementary serve the area.\n\nAt full build-out the plan calls for 3,478 homes in 21 six-storey woodframe buildings, phased over roughly a decade, with more than 65,000 square feet of indoor amenities, a 75-space daycare, a 1.4-acre public park and a 2.3-acre riparian greenway. The current phase offers studios to three-bedroom condos with interiors of about 581 to 1,055 square feet, 9- to 10-foot ceilings, air conditioning, quartz counters and in-suite laundry. Buildings are constructed to BC Energy Step Code 3 and backed by a Travelers 2-5-10 warranty. Phase amenities include about 7,000 square feet of indoor space with a fitness centre, theatre, yoga studio, co-work lounge and kids' room, plus concierge and underground parking with optional EV charging.\n\nPricing starts in the $500,000s and strata fees are estimated at $0.53 per square foot.
