  "full_description": "Park & Maven is a 15-acre master-planned community by Jayen Properties Ltd. at 19310 Fraser Highway and 192 Street in Cloverdale, on Surrey's border with Langley's Willowbrook district. The site is within walking distance of Willowbrook Shopping Centre and a few hundred metres from the 190 Street station now under construction on the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension, which will connect residents to King George Station and the Expo Line. Fraser Highway and Highway 10 give quick access by car, and the new Surrey hospital site is nearby.\n\nAt full build-out the community includes roughly 650 homes: 55 townhomes and about 595 condominiums across seven woodframe buildings of five and six storeys, organized around a central park. Home types run from one-bedroom urban homes of about 527 square feet up to three-bedroom townhomes around 1,244 square feet of interior space with 450 to 540 square feet of outdoor area. The Maven House, a 15,000-square-foot amenity building, houses an onsite daycare, fitness centre, private theatre, co-work space and rooftop BBQ deck, and the grounds include three playgrounds, a community garden and walking trails.\n\nThe townhome phase is now selling and move-in ready, with published pricing from $786,900 to $807,900 for the remaining B4 and B5 plans. Earlier condo phases (Cardinal, Heron) completed in late 2025; the next condo building, Osprey, is coming soon with pricing to be announced. Condo strata fees have been estimated near $0.50 per square foot. Deposit terms for the upcoming phase are not yet published.\n\nPark & Maven suits first-time buyers and investors who want to be on the new SkyTrain line before it opens, and families who value onsite daycare.
