There is no SkyTrain in this part of Surrey; transit is by bus, so most residents will drive.\n\nThe developer describes Monterey as a new generation of liveable luxury and lists one- and two-bedroom condos. Aggregator listings show approximately 175 homes and a mix that may extend to three bedrooms, but the developer's own page currently states one and two bedrooms only.
